Vietnamese Leaders Forum Celebrates 5 Years and Expands Global Leadership Network
Vietnamese Leaders Forum Marks 5-Year Milestone and Expands Global Impact
The Vietnamese Leaders Forum (VLF) has reached a significant milestone, celebrating five years of growth as a global community connecting Vietnamese leaders across industries and geographies.
What began as a vision to unite Vietnamese professionals has evolved into a network of more than 350 members, including founders, investors, operators, and executives. Over the past five years, VLF has established itself as a trusted platform rooted in collaboration, generosity, and the shared goal of elevating the Vietnamese voice globally.
A Growing Global Network of Vietnamese Leaders
At the core of VLF’s development is its commitment to fostering meaningful connections across borders. The organization continues to serve as a bridge between Vietnam and the broader diaspora, enabling knowledge exchange, mentorship, and long-term collaboration among its members.
Recent updates from the community also highlight the onboarding of new members across diverse industries, reinforcing VLF’s role as a dynamic and expanding leadership network.

Vietnamese Leaders Foundation Receives 501(c)(3) Approval
A major milestone in VLF’s journey is the official approval of its nonprofit status under the Vietnamese Leaders Foundation, now recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization.
This development strengthens the organization’s ability to scale its impact through:
- Leadership development initiatives
- Cross-border collaboration between Vietnam and the global diaspora
- Programs supporting the next generation of Vietnamese leaders
- Strategic partnerships with aligned organizations
The establishment of a formal nonprofit structure enables more sustainable, long-term program development and expanded community reach.
Leadership Recognition and Organizational Growth
As part of its continued evolution, VLF formally recognized Natalie Bui for her leadership over the past five years. As Executive Director, she has played a central role in shaping operations, strengthening the network, and guiding the organization’s strategic direction.
With an expanding presence across key regions—including the U.S. Northeast, DC Metro area, Northern California, and Southern California—VLF is also advancing toward a more structured leadership model to support its next phase of growth.
Strengthening the Global Vietnamese Ecosystem
As VLF enters its next chapter, the organization is focused on deepening its impact across leadership development, cross-border collaboration, and global community building.
From TADI Global’s perspective, the continued rise of networks like the Vietnamese Leaders Forum reflects a broader shift: globally connected ecosystems are becoming critical infrastructure for international expansion, talent mobility, and long-term economic collaboration.
